Julia Scharff is an attorney in the Memphis office of Siskind Susser, where her practice is focused primarily on employment-based visa work and family immigration. Prior to attending law school, Julia worked at Siskind Susser for two years as a paralegal focused on H-1Bs. She has since gained experience with H-1Bs, O-1s, EB-1 multinational executive and manager petitions, EB-1 extraordinary ability petitions, PERM labor certification based green cards, as well as a variety of other immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters.
